Sunday August 29th saw the launch of the Danny Boome Cooking School at the school’s new principle venue, the “Shooting Kitchen” in Tribeca. Twenty-four eager students attended the first of Danny’s Rescue Clinics. The attending students took classes in South East Asian cooking and Northern European cooking, learning a wide range of skills, hints, tips and knowledge about their selected region’s cuisine.
