I started off this week by doing a good deed! I donated a whole seasons worth of clothes to Housing Works in NYC, www.housingworks.org,every stitch of clothing that was worn on TV last year on Rescue Chef and many of the other appearances!

There is an unwritten rule that your not supposed to wear the same things twice on TV, and a lot of the stuff I get sent is also for free ,but wont wear it as it’s not my style or it don’t fit, so I feel that passing it on to people or a cause that really needs it is the most productive thing for us all to do!

At the beginning of Spring my hockey team Buddy’s from the Mayhem and I held a benefit for Testicular Cancer and raised $500.00, we went “balls out” against Cancer for the Sean Kimerling Testicular Cancer Foundation ,www.seankimerling.org,

Just knowing you can help some one by doing the smallest thing really goes along way in their life, so my message is, don’t throw it, give it! and if your going to party, now and then make it for a good cause!!

I intend by the end of 2010 to have my own charity up and running that will serve Americas needy, and lets face it that’s a lot of people!

Better F.E.D Than Dead” is being developed to help Feed Educate and Develop those who truly need help and a leg up in life.

There is always some one worse off than you, so take a second and Think what you can do today for others, because tomorrow you may need the help of others!
