The Essential 101 Cookery Class
From boiling water to using fresh herbs, the Essentials class will focus on your particular need in the kitchen. Danny will customize the lesson to meet both your skill level and the specific challenge you may be facing. No matter how small the snack, tall the drink or big the dinner party, this lesson will arm you with the philosophy, techniques and confidence you need to succeed in your kitchen!

Cooking Party
Get your friends and family around the table and in the kitchen with a cooking party – a 3-course meal with wine and cocktails, crafted by you and Danny. Through a 4-hour afternoon or evening, you and your guests will work as a team to build a menu and prepare a meal, learning about the ingredients and techniques used and having a great time in the kitchen!

Kids Cooking
Get your kids in the kitchen! Danny will use his experience as a “Manny” and from various school workshops to teach your children invaluable lessons on nutrition, how to prepare fun and simple dishes and most importantly a different look at how foods are introduced. Danny’s high-energy approach will make this 3-hour session both enjoyable and educational for your children.

Dorm Storming
Survive in the wild! Get ready for college life or invite Danny to your dorm to teach you the essential survival skills in the campus kitchen! Danny will give you tips on budgeting for a weekly shop, show you how to make the most of your college kitchen, and teach you how to make nutritious meals so you can avoid the Freshman 15!

Beach BBQ Bonanza
Have a summer to remember with the Beach BBQ Bonanza. Invite Danny to your beach house and learn how to make great marinades and sauces, prepare fantastic salads, and cook perfect BBQ meats and fish.

Alpine Fun
Do you have friends who prefer the lodge over the slopes? While you’re ripping it up in the powder, Danny will come to your alpine home to entertain your guests by helping them prepare a three course meal with canapés, cocktails, and wine – ready for you after your last run!

Standard Terms
Travel: All travel costs are included for the New York Metropolitan area and Tour dates, please consult with our office, as some requests are subject to a additional charge.
Inspection Day: 5 days prior to your lesson or event, an appointment with a Crash Bang Boome Productions team member will be made for a Kitchen and Location Inspection. Our team member will take a full inventory of your kitchen, discuss the proposed menu, review any of your specific requests and cover anything else you will need to conquer your kitchen!
Staff: Please consult our office if you are palning a large group event or party as an additional 15% per staff member maybe charged for large groups over 8.
Equipment: For individual classes and groups up to 6, the host’s equipment will be used. For larger groups, additional equipment will be included in the price or provided at an additional expense.
Groceries: For individuals and groups up to 6, a detailed shopping list will be sent 2 days prior to the lesson or event. As part of the lesson, Danny encourages you to get out there, find your food, handle it and learn about it.
If you don’t have time to do the shopping yourself, we recommend you have it delivered by an online store.
For groups over 6, Danny’s team will organise the shopping and will have it all delivered to the host’s home.
Gratitude: For groups over 6, a 15% gratuity for staff will be added.
Deposit: A 25% non-refundable deposit must be paid before Inspection Day to secure Danny Boome and the services of Crash Bang Boome Productions.
