Yesterday saw the team and I film our first show in Texas, I came to the Rescue of Liz Bullock who needed help with making pasta. So I showed her how to make gnocci a really easy beginners pasta that does’nt need any equipment just a good pair of hands! We also made a char grilled vegetable spinach salad which was washed down by a limoncello float. Liz did really well, she was really fun to work with, it was like being back in the kitchen with my team back home in the UK, the banter was really good, we just kept joshing each other, and I got a couple of good TEXAS T punches to my left arm, her poor husband Mike must get a hard time, i can see why he does the cleaning, cause he must like a quite life! hahahah
